These Terms & Policies apply to services provided by Call Me Audrey, including tutoring, test preparation, web design, and related services. By scheduling or purchasing services, you agree to the applicable terms below.

Payments

Payment terms and rates will be communicated before services are provided.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods, including credit or debit card payments processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

If you authorize Call Me Audrey to keep a payment method on file, the payment processor may securely store that payment method for future charges. Your full credit or debit card number is not stored by Call Me Audrey.

A saved payment method will only be charged in accordance with the payment arrangement you have authorized.

Tutoring & Test Preparation

Tutoring and test-preparation services are provided at the rate or package price agreed upon with the client.

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or providing reasonable notice when an appointment needs to be changed or canceled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a tutoring appointment.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or other circumstances at my discretion.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will not be charged for a session that does not take place.

Tutoring Payments & Refunds

Payment may be required before or after a tutoring session depending on the payment arrangement established with the client.

Prepaid tutoring packages and other advance payments are generally non-refundable. Unused tutoring hours may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase or transferred to another student.

No refund is ordinarily provided for tutoring services that have already been completed.

Saved Payment Methods

Clients may choose to authorize a credit or debit card or other payment method to be securely kept on file by the payment processor.

When a client has authorized future charges, the saved payment method may be used for tutoring sessions, recurring services, or other agreed charges without requiring the client to re-enter payment information for each transaction.

The amount and timing of charges will be based on the services provided and the payment arrangement communicated to and authorized by the client.

Clients may withdraw authorization for future charges by contacting Call Me Audrey. Withdrawal of authorization does not affect charges already incurred for services provided.

Web Design & Related Services

The scope, price, payment schedule, and deliverables for web design and related project work will ordinarily be established in a proposal, invoice, email, or other written agreement before work begins.

Deposits and payments for web-design projects are subject to the terms established for the individual project.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment may be due for work already completed and expenses already incurred.

Hosting, maintenance, domain registration, third-party software, and other ongoing services may have separate pricing and renewal terms communicated to the client.

Recurring Services

Some services may be billed on a recurring basis, such as website hosting, maintenance, or other ongoing arrangements.

The amount and billing frequency will be communicated before recurring billing begins. Clients may cancel future recurring services by contacting Call Me Audrey, subject to any terms established for the applicable service.

Refunds

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a question about a payment, please contact me so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund eligibility depends on the service provided, work already completed, and any specific payment terms agreed upon for that service.

Service Results

I work to provide thoughtful, individualized services, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

For tutoring and test preparation, results may depend on factors including the student’s participation, preparation, attendance, and performance.

For web-design services, results such as website traffic, search-engine rankings, sales, donations, or other business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Policies may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with the date of the most recent update.
